Interestingly enough, tax records show they bought the house from showbizzers Mark Duplass and Katie Aselton, who owned the property less than a year and likely never lived there. Should it sell for close to asking, the former couple will turn a tidy profit on the four-bedroom and four-and-a-half-bath home they scooped up just over three years ago for $1.925 million. With all its Hallmark holiday regalia removed and staged for the selling process with a bunch of generic furnishings, the 3,600-square-foot home is now listed at almost $2.75 million. It was only a matter of time, then, before the estranged couple’s no longer happy home in the Valley Village area of L.A.’s San Fernando Valley came up for sale.
